This week at Gracie Barra Chino Jiu-Jitsu we are working leg grabs from standing and guard passing. Do you know how to defend a punch and slip to a single leg or double leg takedown? Come in this week and we can show you. Also learn fundamental guard passing you will use all the way to black belt. We look forward to seeing you this week.
